Welcome to Swansea’s most comprehensive business directory! Whether you’re
searching for local activities, jobs, courses, or opportunities to get involved with
charities, our platform helps you connect with what matters most in your community.”

2. How to Use the Directory

•  Filter by Category: Use the filters to narrow down your search by Activities,
  Businesses, Courses, Jobs, Local Charities, or Venues.
•  Filter by Category Subheadings: Use additional filters to get more specific
  within each category or leave them blank for broader results.
•  Filter by Region: Pick a region using the filters, then click on the arrows to view a
  list of areas within that region.

3. Signing Up and Creating an Account

There are two types of accounts available:

1. Visitor Account:
With a Visitor account, you’ll have access to your very own dashboard. From
here, you can:

•  Bookmark your favourite listings.
•  Share posts with friends and family.
•  Write comments and reviews on listings.
•  Direct message the listing author.

2. Listing Author Account:
If you’re a business or event organizer, the Listing Author account is perfect for
you. You can:

•  Manage your listings directly from your dashboard.
•  Update, edit, and track your listings to engage with the community.
  Creating an account is quick and easy—just click ‘Sign in or Register’ in the top right
  corner and follow the steps!

4. Adding Your Business or Activity

Are you a local business, activity organizer, or charity? Get listed in our directory! 

How to Add a Listing

Option 1: Using the “Add a Listing” Button

1. Click on the Add a Listing button.
2. Select the type of listing that best suits your needs.
3. Choose the package that meets your requirements.
4. Fill in all listing details.
5. Click Submit Listing to finalize your submission.
6. Enter your billing details and click Sign Up or Buy Now to complete the process.

Option 2: Adding a Listing via Shop (Packages & Pricing)

1. Click on the Add a Listing button.
2. Select the type of listing you previously purchased from the shop.
3. Choose the package you purchased.
4. Fill in all listing details.
5. Click Submit Listing to finalize your submission.
6. Enter your billing details and click Sign Up or Buy Now to complete the process.

Where to Find the “Add a Listing” Button

📱 On Mobile & Tablet Devices:

• Tap the Hamburger icon () located in the top left corner next to the Swansea HUB logo.
• Then, tap Add a Listing.

💻 On Laptops & Desktop Computers:

• The Add a Listing button is in the top right corner of the header.
