Listing Author Account:
Ideal for businesses, charities, non-profits, and volunteers, the Listing Author account allows you to create and manage your listings within our directory. Highlight your services, connect with the community, and boost your organization’s visibility.

Visitor Account:
Perfect for individuals looking to explore, engage, and stay updated, the Visitor account lets you direct message listing authors, leave reviews, and bookmark your favourite listings for quick and easy access.

To switch between account types, head to Account Details.

"Add a Listing"

How to Add a Listing

Option 1: Using the “Add a Listing” Button

  1. Click on the Add a Listing button.
  2. Select the type of listing that best suits your needs.
  3. Choose the package that meets your requirements.
  4. Fill in all listing details.
  5. Click Submit Listing to finalize your submission.
  6. Enter your billing details and click Sign Up or Buy Now to complete the process.

 

Option 2: Adding a Listing via Shop (Packages & Pricing)

  1. Click on the Add a Listing button.
  2. Select the type of listing you previously purchased from the shop.
  3. Choose the package you purchased.
  4. Fill in all listing details.
  5. Click Submit Listing to finalize your submission.
  6. Enter your billing details and click Sign Up or Buy Now to complete the process.

 

Where to Find the “Add a Listing” Button

📱 On Mobile & Tablet Devices:

  • Tap the Hamburger icon () located in the top left corner next to the Swansea HUB logo.
  • Then, tap Add a Listing.

💻 On Laptops & Desktop Computers:

  • The Add a Listing button is in the top right corner of the header.

"Duplicate"

⚠ Important Notice: Package Changes & Listing Duplication
If you plan to upgrade or downgrade your package, please save a copy of your listing description beforehand, as it will be deleted during the process.
The Duplicate option allows you to create a copy of your listing only if it remains the same listing type. You’ll be prompted to select a package and will be redirected to your dashboard for editing.
Before submitting, double-check all details, especially any dates related to events, availability, or promotions.

"Expired"

WARNING: If you’re planning to upgrade or downgrade your package, we advise making a copy of your description beforehand, as it will be deleted.

When you click on the expiry button, you’ll encounter three choices: relist, duplicate, and delete.

Opting to Relist prompts you to select a package, click the ‘relist’ button, then return to your dashboard to edit your listing accordingly.

Opting to Duplicate prompts you to select a package and automatically takes you to your dashboard to edit.

Please ensure all details are up to date, paying special attention to dates.

"Promote"

When you purchase a ‘Promote’ package, your listing will receive prime visibility by appearing at the top of the page. In cases where multiple listings are promoted, they will be displayed alphabetically thereafter. This enhanced visibility maximizes your exposure to potential customers, giving your business or organization a competitive edge in the directory.

"Upgrade or Downgrade"

WARNING: If you’re planning to upgrade or downgrade your package, we advise making a copy of your description beforehand, as it will be deleted

When switching plans, whether upgrading or downgrading, your listing may be affected with fields being restricted or added.
To ensure your information remains current and accurate, all package owners are required to edit their listing in the ‘My Listing’ area. This helps maintain the integrity and effectiveness of your listing for potential customers or clients.

"Submission Deadline"

1. Ensure submission is completed before the 10:00 PM cutoff time.

2. Our team will promptly review your submission.

3. If your submission meets our guidelines, your listing will go live by midday the following day, Monday through Friday.

4. Submissions made between Saturday and Sunday, with a 10:00 PM Sunday cutoff time, will go live on Monday by midday.

5. In case of any issues, we will notify you via email to resolve them efficiently.
